Accounts Receivable / Payments Specialist
Location: Anaheim, CA
Pay Rate: $24-$27 per hour

Work from home ONE DAY A WEEK

Position Summary
Our Anaheim-based client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support daily payment processing and financial recordkeeping in a high-volume data entry environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate handling of customer payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Collect, document, and post customer payments accurately
Coordinate with multiple locations to obtain daily payment information
Process credit card transactions and ensure proper recording of funds
Handle customer refunds in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain and update tracking files and daily payment reports
Navigate and work efficiently across multiple software platforms
Demonstrate behaviors that align with the organization's mission and commitment to supporting both customers and team members
Follow all applicable company guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required
10 key by touch is REQUIRED for HIGH VOLUME data entry
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Capable of independently researching issues and identifying appropriate solutions
Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks and proactively take on new assignments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to departmental success
